It is a pleasure to welcome you to Elohim Church where we believe very strongly that church is family and is for the whole family. We belong to each other and we belong to Christ. The life of Elohim Church is expressed in the call to love one another as Christ loves us, living as children of the same Heavenly Father. We enjoy being together. We don't come to church to have "services" but to journey together on a life of service. Psalm 100 is a favourite of mine, especially verse 2 which says "Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with singing." Here at Elohim we enter into His presence in our worship, we know that the joy of the Lord is our strength at all times and that Jesus came "that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves". We rejoice in all that God is doing among us in these days and know that God has a plan and a purpose for everyone. He gives each and every one of us a special gift to use in His body, the family of the church. Our desire is to see the saints equipped for works of service, moving in the fullness of life and joy that is our "inheritance in Christ," reaching out with the Good News of Salvation.

Elohim Church has been called by God to live in revival. This church is being built by Jesus Christ, not by our might or power, but by the Holy Spirit. God has called us to be ‘Watchmen’, that is a prophetic church, a bold, hard working, praying church, seeking to do God's will.

As the people of the church we are called to live by faith, laying down our lives for one another in love, seeking to live in one mind, one spirit, one heart and one vision.

We are often asked what the name of the church means. ELOHIM is a Hebrew name for God: Literally "Creator" and "God in His fullness". It is first used in the first verse of the Bible, in the book of Genesis.

We are privileged to be in covenant relationship with Kingdom Faith, Horsham as one of the relating churches in the Midlands region.
